xerox phaser 3635 bound book scanning
is there a way to do a multipage book scanning from the flat glass scanner. the bound scanning feature only refers to doing 2 adjacent pages. I need to scan multiple pages in a bound book to a single pdf.
An additional but not essential question is how would a user do a network scan to their office computer or network shared folder from the unit? this would be a windows 7 enterprise on a domain without roaming profiles with no logon necessary on the Xerox.

Xerox Workcentre 5735 Network Controller Unavailable
Dears,
My Xerox WorkCentre 5735 was showing Network Controller Unavailable and Copying, Printing unavailable.
I try to upgrade firmware it was success. but it's not up.
I copied DLM and FORCED_UPGRADE file into ALTBOOT, second folder was UPGRADE.
after upgrade Xerox green display showing Workcentre 5765.

Xerox CentreWare Web...any Success?
Has anyone had any success using this software? I know the machines can send their meter reads to Xerox by themselves. However, there are machines that are too old to do this and rather then call them in old school style I was wondering if anyone has had success with this offering from Xerox. If there is another alternative that works better I'd be open to suggestions on that as well.

Question about Xerox WorkCentre 7845 v1 Multifunction System
I am perplexed by the fact that the printer insist on printing faxes from bypass tray, and cant find a way to change it. I have scoured the support pages, settings, and admin settings, to end up empty handed. If anyone can help , I would greatly appreciate it. This is making me feel like such a noob.

Xerox Phaser 6600 firmware updates
I'm looking for a possible firmware update for the Phaser 6600. I looked on the Xerox website and it says to ask my administrator if I really want to do this. I asked myself, and I said yes, but that still didn't get me a download to the firmware.
Does anyone know where I could find this? There are references of firmware files on Google, but they're to 3rd party sites, and I don't trust those.

Xerox WorkCentre 7435 - Scan option missing
Hey all,
I work for an MSP. I have experience working with a Xerox WorkCentre 7435 and setting up Scan to Folder. It's straightforward - in the CentreWare Internet Services there is a "Scan" tab at the top, and the "Properties" tab has a folder under Services called "Network Scanning" with all of the options necessary to set it up.
Another client of mine acquired a second hand Xerox WorkCentre 7435 - same model, same firmware version. On this model however, the Scan options described above are completely missing. At first, I thought it was a configuration setting I could find, so I went about resetting the NVR (essentially a factory reset), but the Scan tab didn't come up.
On the LCD screen of the copier, only "Copy" is listed under services. I can use a Windows PC to print to the IP of the copier, but can't figure out where my scan...

Xerox 6204 Wide Format - No scan option
Hi Guys,
I've been tasked with trying to setup our Xerox 6204 to use scan to folder so end users can then import into another application from shared folder.
I was able to give the device an IP. I am able to go to the webpage and browse settings etc but no where do i see any options to enable the scan function.
Printing out a configuration page i see that under S/W Config it says Postscript = Disable and Network Scan = Disable. I don't see anywhere that i can enable these.
Is this device able to scan to a network folder? Is it another piece of hardware i need to purchase to enable? The back of the device has a Ethernet and Serial port, could i maybe purchase an external print server, would that work ?

WC7220 Machine offline
Hi all;
I have a wc7220, and every night it goes offline at 11:59 and will not accept jobs submitted over the network.
This is a "wired" connection.
I cannot for the life of me find where to shut this off and have looked at network settings, energy settings etc....connectivity in general.
We are 24/7, and print after midnight all the time so this causing issue.
I have another printer that user can print to, but this is the main one they want to use.
Any ideas where this setting is hiding??

Xerox Workcentre Pro 90 - Hard Drive
Folks - I need to extract the hard drive from our Xerox Pro 90 prior to recycling/donation, but Xerox are being less than helpful with the location...Anyone have any insight into where this is - I've torn off the back, and its not obvious anywhere - TIA.

There is a hard disk drive on the WorkCentre Pro 90.
If the image overwrite accessory ‘SECUREIIO’, part number 650k21522 was purchased for your WCP 90 device, use the on-demand image overwrite feature to erase image data from the hard drive. ColorQube 9302 fault...
I have a client w a Xerox CQ 9302 with a fault code 399-801. It does not see the paper on the trays and thus is indicates that resources are not available. However, the fault number indicated that it is a PEST problem. Any insights?

Xerox Workcentre 4265 - Scheduled Image Overwrite
Hello there,
We have an Workcentre 4265 and we configugred the scheduled image overwrite to run every monday at 5:00 am. However there have been 2 questions.
1. What happens to incoming fax messages we receive when the overwrite is running?
2. Is it normal for the machine to restart after it finished the overwrite?
Xerox Support has been not very helpful.

Scan to Email issue with Xerox WorkCentre 7545
I have an issue with a client who use a Xerox WorkCentre 7545. They do not have on on-premises server, so we are trying to use an offsite SMTP server of GoDaddy or Gmail. I have followed the setup instructions for both providers, and I get an error every time we scan to email - server connection aborted. I am stuck. I have checked the firewall and all outbound ports are open. Any ideas?

Xerox Color Qube 8570 Smudges
I have a Xerox Color qube 8570n that prints a smudged image of the previous page on my documents. (the image attached was after i printed a print jet test) So far I have replaced the cleaning kit. And ran the cleaning in troubleshooting. Is there anything i can replace or take apart and wipe down? Or is the printer done?
